How to use Organize PDF

- Drag pages to put them in the right order. Select several pages to move or change them together.

- Press "Preview & Download" to save the arranged pages as a new PDF, or collect chosen pages in the New PDF palette to make a separate file.

When to use it

How do I change the order of pages in a PDF?
Open the PDF in Organize PDF and drag each page to its new place in the grid. When the order is right, download the new PDF.
Can I rotate just one page?
Yes. Select the page and use rotate. Only the selected pages turn, and the rest of the document is left as it is.
Does rotating or reordering reduce quality?
No. Pages are moved and turned without being re-compressed, so the content keeps its original quality.
Can I combine pages from different PDFs?
Yes. Add up to five PDFs, drag their pages into one order, or use the New PDF palette to collect pages from any of them into a separate file.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The pages are drawn and arranged in your browser, and the new PDF is created on your device.
Can I add a signature after organizing?
Yes. Use "Open in Editor" to take the arranged PDF straight to Editor & Sign, where you can add text, highlights and a signature.
