Free Online PDF to Excel Fillup
Add an Excel with your column headings and one or many PDFs. PDFMasala looks for each heading in each PDF and fills the values in for you, one row per PDF, or one row per table row. Your files are read on your device and nothing is uploaded.

Features
Use any headings: the tool looks for the same words in the PDF, such as "Invoice No: 147".
Each PDF becomes a row, so a whole folder of invoices fills a sheet in one go.
When a PDF holds a table with your headings, every row of the table is filled in.
See the filled table before you save and fix any cell by hand. Empty cells are marked.
Scans are read with text recognition in English, Bengali or Hindi.
Your Excel and PDFs are read on your device and never uploaded.
When to use it
Typing values from many PDFs into a sheet is slow and easy to get wrong. PDF to Excel Fillup is made for invoices, bills, forms and statements where the same headings come back again and again: invoice number, date, customer, amount. Make your list once with the headings you need, add all the PDFs, check the table that comes back, correct a cell if needed and download the finished Excel.
Frequently asked questions
How does it find the values?
It looks for your headings in the PDF as a label with its value next to it ("Invoice No: 147") or under it, and for tables whose column headings are your headings. Short forms such as "No" and "Number" are treated as the same.
What if a heading is not found?
Its cell stays empty and is marked, and the note under the table says how many headings were found in each PDF. Check that the heading uses the same words as the PDF, or type the value yourself.
Does it keep the rows already in my Excel?
Yes. Your own rows stay as they are, and the new rows follow them in the downloaded file.
Can it fill a table that runs over several pages?
Yes. When the table has its headings on the first page, the rows on the next pages are added to it.
What is the difference between Fast Fill and OCR Fill?
Fast Fill reads the text of the PDF and is quick; scanned pages are read with OCR. OCR Fill also reads every page as a picture with text recognition and compares the two readings, so it takes more time but can catch values that the text alone misses.
Which Excel files can I use?
Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files with the headings in the first row. An old .xls file needs to be saved as .xlsx first.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The Excel and the PDFs are read inside your browser.
