Open the tool →

Typing values from many invoices, bills or forms into a sheet is slow and easy to get wrong. PDF to Excel Fillup reads each PDF, looks for your headings and fills the rows for you.

Before you start

Make an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file with your headings in row 1, for example Invoice No, Date, Customer, Amount. Use the same words as the PDF.

Fill the Excel, step by step

  1. Choose Your PDF (single or batch).
  2. Choose Your Excel with the same headers.
  3. Pick Fast Fill or OCR Fill in the panel on the right.
  4. Click Fill the Excel and check the table. Click a cell to correct it.
  5. Download the filled Excel.
