Open the tool →

A watermark tells readers what a document is: a draft, a confidential copy or a sample. Page numbers make a long document easy to print and discuss. PDFMasala adds both in one go, on your own device.

Add a watermark, step by step

  1. Open Watermark & Page Numbers and choose your PDF.
  2. Tick "Add Text Watermark" and type the words, for example CONFIDENTIAL.
  3. Set the look: opacity, colour, font size and rotation.
  4. Press the button to apply, then download the new PDF.

Add page numbers

  1. Tick "Add Page Numbering".
  2. Choose a format, such as "Page 3 of 10".
  3. Choose the position: header or footer.
  4. Apply and download. You can add numbers with or without a watermark.
