How to Convert PowerPoint to PDF
A PDF of your slides opens on any phone or computer, is easy to print as handouts and cannot be edited by accident. PDFMasala draws each slide in your browser and saves it as one PDF page.
Convert PowerPoint to PDF, step by step
- Open PowerPoint to PDF and choose your .pptx file.
- Wait a moment while each slide is drawn.
- Check the slide preview.
- Press Convert to PDF and download the file.
Good to know
- Titles, text boxes, shapes, tables and pictures are drawn into the PDF.
- Animations, transitions and videos are not kept. Each slide is saved as it looks when fully shown.
- Old .ppt files do not work. Save them as .pptx in PowerPoint first.
- If a slide uses a rare font your device does not have, a similar font is used, so check the preview.
Print as handouts
Open the PDF in any reader and print it. Most print windows let you put two, four or six pages on each sheet of paper.
