How to Convert Excel to PDF
A spreadsheet is good for working with numbers, but a PDF is better for sharing them: it cannot be changed by mistake and prints the same everywhere. PDFMasala converts the workbook inside your browser.
Convert Excel to PDF, step by step
- Open Excel to PDF and choose your file (.xlsx, .xlsm, .xls, .csv or .ods).
- Wide table? Turn on "Fit all columns on one page width" and "Landscape pages".
- Check the preview of the pages.
- Press Convert to PDF and download the result.
What you get
- Every sheet of the workbook is in the PDF, in order.
- The PDF shows the values the formulas produced, like a printout. The formulas stay in your Excel file.
- A CSV file is read as one sheet and laid out as a table.
Tips
- If columns are cut off, use fit to width together with landscape pages.
- Large workbooks take a little longer on a phone. Give it a moment.
- To send the PDF by email, make it smaller afterwards with Compress PDF.
